AGRITOURISM AND EQUESTRIAN CENTRE, TUSCANY ON HORSEBACK

A horse is poetry in motion, the harmony that binds us to nature. This is the reason why Cristiana Devincenzi developedan Equestrian Centre within Tenuta Selvaggia. Activities linked to horses for passionate riders, for professionals and even for beginners. An Equestrian Centre in the heart of Tuscany, known, renowned and on a high leve, that offers riding lessons for ponies and horses at all levels; dressage, jumping, taming and training of young horses, horsebreeding and commerce, livery stables.

CRISTIANA DEVINCENZI

Cristiana has a real passion for horses. She gained important competitive results at international levels. Rider, breeder, trainer, international chef de piste. A professional life lived in high-level competitiveness, today director of the Equestrian Centre.

FACILITIES

The Equestrian Centre puts at the disposal of its riders riding fields equipped with obstacles, sand fields including a 20m diameter indoor field. Furthermore there are stables, paddocks and saddleries, infirmary and a clubhouse. Other services offered by the centre are livery stables, taming of young horses, pony school, blacksmith, hippotherapy.

HORSERIDING SCHOOL

School of english and western saddle. Our riding programs include stages for beginners as well as jumping and dressage competitions. We also organise horseback excursions in the wonderful Tuscan hills.

HORSEBREEDING

Riding club is located in Reggello, in the Florentine Valdarno. A particulary suitable landscape for living the horseriding experience. The centre is equipped with sand fields but it is also the starting point of engaging excursions in the Tuscan hills, among the characteristic olive tree cultivations, the geometric vineyards and the thick woods.

A TYPICAL DAY IN NATURE

As for beginners as for expert riders, horseback trekking accompanied by professional instructors is an unforgettable experience. The tours, shorter or longer ones as you prefer, take place in nature, in the woods, among the vineyards or olive tree cultivations but also, for those who love adrenaline, in other places such as the Pratomagno ridge. Through these lands different types of animals can be spotted. Birds, especially hawks and buzzards, hares, roes, porcupines, squirrels, fallow deers and wild boars.

    Tour in an off-road vehicle up to the ridge: A fun alternative to reach the ridge of the Pratomagno through the wild and unspoiled nature.

  • HORSE RIDING ON THE CRINAL

    Horseback trekking on the ridge: Beautiful prairies and panoramic views over the Valdarno and the Casentino up to 1200m.

  • PIC NIC WITH NATURAL PRODUCTS

    Picnic with natural food: Picnic with local products homemade by the owners of Tenuta Selvaggia tasted in the green grass of the Tuscan hills.

  • BIPOSTO FLIGHT IN PARAGLIDING

    2 Men flight in paraglider: 2 Hours dedicated to go uphill by jeep, preparation, adrenalinic flight at 40-60 km/h with an expert and briefing.
